Get to know the dentist behind Dr. Gupta's Dental Clinic
Dr. Tanupriya Gupta, MDS, began her dental journey with her BDS from Nair Hospital Dental College, Mumbai, graduating in 2003. She then worked as a House Surgeon at PGI Chandigarh, gaining early clinical experience in a leading teaching hospital.
She went on to complete her MDS from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Manipal, followed by several years of advanced clinical and academic experience at AIIMS, New Delhi. At AIIMS, she spent four years working in clinical and research roles, including three years as a Senior Resident and one year as a Senior Research Fellow.
She subsequently joined the Faculty of Dental Sciences, Jamia Millia Islamia, combining clinical practice with teaching and academic work.
In 2013, she established Dr. Gupta's Dental Clinic in South Delhi. Her approach is centred on careful diagnosis, preserving natural teeth whenever possible, and recommending treatment based on clinical need rather than unnecessary intervention.
